Interviewers

Description

CBRD is seeking interviewers to conduct surveys via phone calls.

Responsibilities

Taking part in research projects
Attending training courses organized by CBRD
Adhering to CBRD’s quality control standards
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all survey data and respondent information

Requirements

Secondary vocational or higher education (students are also welcome)
Strong communication skills with fluent and articulate speech
Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Time management skills
Responsible, punctual, honest, adaptable, and quick to respond in various situations
Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with Google Docs

The work schedule is flexible and varies depending on each survey.
