Job Description:

CBRD is seeking interviewers to conduct surveys via phone calls. This is a part-time position with a fluctuating workload based on project needs (on a survey-to-survey basis).

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking part in research projects
• Attending training courses organized by CBRD
• Adhering to CBRD’s quality control standards
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding survey data and project information

Required qualifications

• Secondary vocational or higher education (students are also welcome)
• Strong communication skills with fluent and articulate speech
• Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Time management skills
• Responsible, punctual, honest, adaptable, and quick to respond in various situations
• Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with Google Docs
• Previous experience is not required, but will be considered a plus
